1. Eligibility and Registration

To register an account with 99exch, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information.
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• Not already hold an existing account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly forbidden.
• Register using your own personal details only. Registering on behalf of another person is prohibited.

99exch reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, and to request identity verification documents (such as a national identity card, passport, or utility bill) at any stage. Accounts that cannot be verified may be suspended or permanently closed.

2. Account Management

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on the Platform at any time. It is your responsibility to:

• Keep your username and password strictly confidential.
• Log out fully after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Notify 99exch immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Ensure all contact details on your account remain accurate and up to date.

99exch will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account use where the player has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 99exch are governed by the following conditions:

• Minimum deposit: ৳100. Maximum deposit limits may apply per payment method and are communicated within the cashier section.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, City Bank, and Islami Bank transfers.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposits on the same account, subject to identity verification.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500. Processing time is typically under 5 minutes for mobile banking methods; bank transfers may take up to 1 business day.
• 99exch does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider's own fees may apply.
• All funds must be free of any active bonus wagering requirement before a withdrawal can be processed.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

Promotional offers issued by 99exch are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Each bonus offer carries a wagering requirement which must be met in full before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, expiry dates, and eligible games are disclosed at the point of each specific offer.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent unless explicitly stated.
• 99exch reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice.
• Systematic or coordinated exploitation of bonus terms — including but not limited to matched betting across multiple accounts — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all wagers placed on the 99exch Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 99exch does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet under any circumstances, except where an obvious technical error has occurred.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bet result, 99exch's decision is final and binding, subject to the complaints procedure outlined in Clause 11.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed within each game or betting market interface.
• 99exch reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the result was already known at the time of placement, or where irregular betting patterns are detected.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to available markets. Connectivity issues during in-play betting are the responsibility of the player; 99exch is not liable for bets that could not be placed due to network disruptions on the player's end.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 99exch Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent banning, and forfeiture of all account balances:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or share strategic information in real-time during live games.
• Any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or organised fraud in relation to sporting events listed on the Platform.
• Money laundering or using the Platform to obscure the origins of funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit welcome offers, refer-a-friend bonuses, or any other promotional scheme.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the Platform.
• Providing false information during registration, identity verification, or any customer support interaction.

7. Responsible Gaming

99exch is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The following tools are available to all registered players at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit ceilings directly from your account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic session duration alerts that notify you when a defined period of continuous play has elapsed.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary (30-day, 90-day, 180-day) or permanent exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the active exclusion period.

• Use any 99exch trademarks, brand names, or logos in any context without express authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 99exch shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical failures, or events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to network outages, government action, natural disasters, or third-party payment system failures.
• Errors in odds, game outcomes, or displayed balances caused by software bugs, where the error is corrected as soon as it is identified and affected bets are voided or recalculated accordingly.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, even where 99exch had been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Disputes and Complaints

If you have a complaint regarding a bet result, a transaction, or any aspect of the Platform's service, please follow this process:

• Contact 99exch customer support in the first instance, providing full details of the complaint including your account username, the date and time of the relevant event, and a clear description of the issue.
• 99exch will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a full resolution within 7 business days.
• Where a complaint cannot be resolved to mutual satisfaction through the support channel, the matter may be escalated to the Platform's internal review panel, whose decision shall be final and binding.
• Disputes regarding bet outcomes must be raised within 14 calendar days of the relevant event settling. Claims submitted after this window will not be investigated.

12. Account Closure and Termination

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time under the following conditions:

• Player-Initiated Closure: You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance (net of active bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to identity verification.
• Platform-Initiated Closure: 99exch reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — with or without notice — where a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed. In cases of confirmed fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct, all balances may be forfeited.
• Upon account closure, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. These Terms continue to apply to any matters arising prior to the date of closure.

13. Amendments to These Terms

99exch reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an on-screen notification at login. Continued use of the Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the change.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming law and the internal policies of 99exch. 99exch does not make any representation that the Platform is appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction. It is the player's responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering or placing any wager.
